Launched a professional social network from scratch in 7 months, scaling the team from a single BE dev to 100 people.
Led engineering from day one, defining the MVP, building core features, and hiring across all functions. The platform went from concept to launch within 7 months with over 700k users.
Hotel Booking
A geo-centric UI built on a proprietary mapping solution replaced cumbersome property navigation and saved over $30K in third-party costs.
With a growing number of accommodation options, conversion rates were dropping. The newly developed interface received considerable positive feedback and measurably moved the needle.
E-commerce
Multi-level caching and database optimizations implemented in under two weeks transformed a crashing mid-size store into a stable, fast platform.
The site was frequently experiencing crashes and downtime, resulting in lost sales. Architectural audit led to caching, DB optimization, and CDN changes that notably increased stability.

The company needed search engine exposure, but real-time systems weren't easily indexed. The launch increased organic visits by 4X and conversion rates went from 0.05% to 0.6%.

MSc in Computer Science & Electronics. Always fascinated by computers since getting my first one at age 2. That passion led to scoring 100/100 in a State IT Olympiad and a merit-based admission. Later took courses in Human-Computer Interaction.
